7 Months Vegan!

I’m happy to report I haven’t seen any loss in muscle or strength after 7 months with no meat, eggs or dairy. I’m not taking any supplements, just getting my protein from beans and vegies. And I feel GREAT! Weight loss has plateaued but hopefully will kick in again soon.  I’m going to be featured in a magazine that comes out in 2 weeks, more about that soon!  Know anyone who needs a nearly-50 Vegan fitness model?  No?  Anyone?  :))
